Business Overview

·       Summary– Black Wallet Limited is designed to bring a real stability to the digital asset market through having a stablecoin which is stable relative to goods and services rather than fluctuating fiat currencies. This business model is supplemented by RWA tokenization and consulting services.

·       Description of Company– The company is built out as several modules, allowing for there to be a diversity of skills but the ability to specialize those skills by having them concentrated within different entities within the corporate structure. Our mission bring access to one’s own wealth to people across the world, we envision doing this by working with governments, institutions and the people themselves. We have the advantage of being the first mover in the space of stablecoin 2.0 and our work academically and with the government; this allows for strong projections on integration and cross chain compatibility. The problem is unreliability in money, KIROS is the private sector solution.

·       Market Analysis– with 13% of the world using cryptocurrency and 88% of people wanting to use it, it stands to be the largest market segment for growth.  KIROS is set to facilitate that growth by ensuring ease of use for people around the world.

·       Marketing and Strategy– The launch of KIROS and the Family tokens are set up around the procedure of internal protocols. Each of these protocols has a purpose, a goal, a set of objectives, and the ability to be highly disruptive in the space. Our marketing is through force-multipliers in both the trad-fi and DeFi world; knowledge is pressed from trusted client to trusted client.

Funding Use– The core use of funding is developing our team, while already consisting of experts across the field- we are expanding each week to find the best and the brightest. Additionally we are looking at building out a physical plant for our office in Florida (creating a tech hub for digital asset companies), ensuring that we are able to contribute to major conferences around the world, and to work on compliance (not just internally, but also the formation of laws globally in the area). Our funding request is $200M for the scalability round, with tickets ranging from $250K to $20 Million+.
